Talk to doctor: It is well-known that people with attention deficit disorder often do not listen when spoken to directly. If your doctor has diagnosed you with adhd and suspects that your anxiety is due to that, he or she may have prescribed the medication to decrease adhd induced internal restlessness and anxiety.
