What to do if my mri says i have poorly defined tear of the posterior horn of the medial meniscus.?

You have a tear: The radiologist is just hedging their bet typically on the dictation and cannot make a definitive diagnosis based on what they see on MRI. In other words you have a tear, but it is difficult to tell how bad or if it is low or high grade.
