When i push hard to exhale i hear this high/low pitch whining sound i have a mild sore throat?

Well if just about: anybody exhales really, really hard they can hear a little whining or wheezing. However, if you have shortness of breath or wheezing with more normal exhalations - this could mean that there is some swelling in your airways. If you have difficulty breathing please seek medical evaluation. Take care.
