If you are getting: headaches, then I would say it was bad. While most of us think that e-cigarettes are probably a form of "harm reduction" compared with combusted tobacco, none of us can say that it is safe, or even with any assurance that it is "safer." It lacks the tars, so it is less likely to cause cancer long-term. But we don't know what the oils, propellants, additives, flavorings etc. do to humans. Quit now
