Avoid Omnicef (cefdinir) AND: If you are allergy to Omnicef (cefdinir) you should avoid Omnicef (cefdinir) and other cephalosporin and there is cross allergy with Penicillin and if you need to be treated with either a penicillin or another cephalosporin,you will need to be evaluated by an allergist if you can take those antibiotics
