Can you give me advice for a friend with psychotic depression?

Be supportive: Psychotic depression is a life threatening illness that requires immediate professional help. Your best advise is to support your friend's getting help and being compliant with taking medications (it needs meds). Don't be judgmental, and don't get into arguments that a delusional person would think you are against them. Simply state your view as different from theirs.
