Diet and Exercise: Stop the sodas, and sugar drinks and switch to water. Reduce juices and fruits by half. Cut what you eat by half, and start walking briskly increasing gradually to a max of 90 minutes a day as tolerated. Only recommended for people that are overweight or obese. See your doctor for a more individualized regimen.
