Plant based diet.: I usually tailor a diet to people risk factors and goals but in a perfect world here is what I would say first a plant based whole food diet. Then a Mediterranean diet limiting high fat or salty foods. Lastly a low cholesterol, overly processed food diet. Low red meat pork.
