Probably wrong forum: This is a difficult question to answer under the best of circumstances, and i suspect this site lacks the specific experts to tackle it, since it's educational, not medical, in nature. Further, there are many variables--age of child, type of ld, other comorbid conditions such as adhd, etc. In general, smaller is better than bigger, especially with younger children. Much of this is done 1:1.
