I don't know.: Official stats are usually artificial &often misleading. Stats depend on definitions &these criteria are changing all the time. Plus, "learning disability" is a relative term --so many types & levels of severity. My take: 1)a huge # of us struggles w/ learning; 2) schools are overwhelmed by the needs, & rarely meet the need; 3)more funding is only part of the answer; better ed approaches needed.
