ADD vs Bipolar: ADHD and bipolar disorder have many overlapping symptoms. First, go to a psychologist or psychiatrist to assess for bipolar, then for ADHD. When you say "qualify" do you mean filing for disability? First you need a proper dx and then the treatment will come from that.
