Dehydration risk: ER doctor will wan to know: if there's pain, it's location, intensity, duration, timing (with meals, urination, stooling) ; accompanying issues like fever, tenderness, bleeding, weight loss or signs of malabsorption ; circumstances (pregnant, stressed). Also, recent travel, antibiotic use, exposures, NSAID use, stones, pancreatitis, ulcers, ibd, etc?
