Not quite: 302.3 is the code in DSM-5. It is controversial since it is treated similarly to other behavioral 'choices' that have a potential for harm to another like pedophilia. The protest is serious and strong, but it may or may not be successful for the next revision to have it removed. If not ego-dystonic (makes the person unhappy), most therapists will not be likely to see it as a disorder IMHO.
