Anxious: Before you do that - try working to decrease your anxiety. If you are experiencing acute anxiety one simple technique you can use is deep breathing exercises. Breath in deeply & slowly through your nostrils. Fill your lungs (but not to the point of discomfort). Hold air in lungs for a five count. Exhale slowly through an open mouth. Anxiety: The best solution would be to address your anxiety disorder. Your braces can be removed, and this early into treatment would simply mean little or no change. The longer you wait, the more tooth movement, the less stability after removal. Cost would be up to the Dentist or Orthodontist who is treating you, But again, better to treat your anxiety,
