Yes, possible: in either case, you should see a psychiatrist. Obviously you are experiencing bothersome symptoms. Hopefully you will not use LSD or other recreational drugs in the future but since you are still having symptoms, you are more likely to get better faster with treatment.

At 47 not likely: There is no evidence, despite a bunch of case reports in the 1960s and 1970s that LSD CAUSED schizophrenia, but it certainly may push individuals who are likely to develop schizophrenia over the edge sooner than they might be. You list your age at 47, and almost everyone who will develop the disorder does so by age 35. There are other causes of psychosis - bipolar disorder. See a psychiatrist.
