A member asked:

Can you tell me about abdominal embryo transfer?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

ZIFT: ZIFT which is the process of laprascopically placing an embryo in the fallopian tube is not done much anymore since you can place the embryo in the uterus via the cervix. Few people perform ZIFT anymore. It is sort of an old an retired procedure. GIFT is when you just place both the sperm and eggs at the fallopian tubes.
