I had ivf embryo transfer done this morning, and later this afternoon my toddler kicked me in the lower abdomen when i picked her up as she wanted to struggle loose. should i be worried that this could let the ivf procedure fail?

Not likely: to cause failure, with this level of trauma. The fertilized ovum and implantation, should have similar success, regardless.
