You could be ...: I recommend discussing any symptoms you have, like cramping, with your ivf clinic. At 13 days post-transfer, the HCG trigger shot you took before your egg retrieval should be out of your system. Talk to your clinic to arrange a blood pregnancy test. Best wishes.
