What to do if i have protein found in my bloodwork and not had multiple myeloma?

Depends: All healthy people have protein in the blood. The question is what kind of protein. When a person has myeloma, he has too much of a single type of antibody protein. Some people with inflammation have increased amount of a wide variety of antibody proteins. Some healthy people--I'm one of them!--have above average protein in blood for no apparent reason.
