A member asked:

Is it possible to be diagnosed with trace mitral regurgitation, prolonged qt syndrome along with grade i diastolic?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes to all: It's entirely possible to have all. Trace MR and grade 1 diastolic dysfunction are present in the vast majority of adults and require no treatment. Prolonged QT potentially is more serious. You must be careful what medications you are prescribed as many can make this dangerously worse. If you have issues with passing out, you need to be evaluated promptly by a cardiologist.
