I'm serious: Use your fingers to remove the oral piercing. You are prone to infections, breaking teeth, damaging your gums and it is not impossible to accidentally swallow it. If you were advised to rinse with Hydrogen Peroxide, dilute it 1:1 with water or use an antimicrobial rinse.

NOT H2O2 !!: Don't recommend use of alcohol or Hydrogen Peroxide to clean piercings as they may cause the surrounding skin to dry out excessively. Tongue - Rinse your mouth out after each time you eat and before you got o bed at night. Antibacterial mouthwash without alcohol is often used. Do not smoke, use chewing tobacco, drink alcohol, French kiss or give oral sex during healing.
