Yes: During anxiety due to hyperventilation someone will blow out more carbon-di-oxide and will develop respiratory alkalosis and a feeling of dizziness, electric buzz especially in the form of tingling and numbness in whole body including head.

Lots of things: Talk with the doctor treating your ocd about the new symptom. Find a relaxation technique that appeals to you - mindfulness meditation, exercise routines - there are many roads to the destination of stress relief and anxiety control or reduction. Prozac (fluoxetine) may not be the best way to handle your condition, so ask if a change might help. Also, have a doctor look into non-psychological conditions too.

Heard of Mindful Med: Mindfulness meditation is so right for finding ways to put aside all sorts of things that visit a mind from moment to moment. Many towns have groups that meet to just sit together and practice watching their breath. No equipment or special oils, incense, clothing, mantras, etc. You just learn how to let it be usually in the presence of nice people. Google it. Be as fine as you are.

Overthinking: In chinese medicine, when your head feels like it's working overtime, we call it "over-thinking." some of this comes from the huge amount of information we deal with daily in our digital age and it may also be from your biochemistry. Check with a clinical psychologist to learn some stress management techniques. There's lots of reason to hope.

What is anxiety?: Yes, anxiety can lead to perceptual changes. It is part of our natural "fight or flight" response which is very primitive. When we feel anxious, our veins constrict, our pupils dilate which can alter our perception of reality. Your experience is quite common.
