Yes, distance OD: You have two different type of IOLs in your eyes. The right is only for distance so near vision will be poor without glasses. The left eye has a multifocal that splits light resulting in a different type of vision. You far vision in this eye may be corrected. Please consult with your doctor. Dr. O.
