Can i take relora, gaba and sam-e at the same time? for anxiety .

Yes,however SAMe may: Relora often helps anxiety. GABA may help but doesn't cross blood-brain barrier well.SAMe often helps depression but can worsen anxiety, esp. in high doses. While safe to take together, it might be more effective to combine Relora with Holy Basil,L-Theanine,5-HTP &/or magnesium, all more likely to help than GABA or SAMe. B vits may help too. Consider exercise,meditation, counselling & EFT as well.
