Talk to provider: I'd resist these products until getting a clear 'go-ahead' from the provider who prescribed the Suboxone. It can be dangerous when taken w/ any other CNS depressant (GABA) and St. John's Wort can lessen its' effectiveness - so discuss it and probably don't. The Suboxone alone may reduce your anxiety and CBT therapy is a safe, good option to learn good life skills. Best wishes!
