"odd big bump": I think it is a mucocele. The description and location are very similar for mucocele lesion. Diagnosis is made by examination and history of the previous trauma. The most common treatment is a surgical removal of the lesion. Good luck.

I have little bumps on and around my lip like that wont go away. They do not hurt and they are skin colored. I tried popping them and pus comes back.
