Blood in stool: It seems that you have fresh blood from the rectal area or lower colon. Hemorrhoids are a common cause especially if your bowel movements are normal. If you have diarrhea with blood,then inflammation of the colon is more likely. Either way you should be examined by your physician for diagnosis and treatment.
