Pyoderma gangerosum: This sounds like pyoderma Gangerosum !! It is usually associated with Auto immune disease such as inflammatory vowel disease or Rheumatoid Arthritis . Treatment usually involves treating the underlying disease with Stroids , such as oral Prednisone . Does your father have any auto immune disease ? If he has not been tested may be he should consider being evaluated .
