Not recommended: to mix Concerta with alcohol, as a matter of fact any medication. The half life of Concerta is 3.5 to 6..7 hours. Approximately 6 half lives for a drug to be eliminated from your system. 6.7*6/24= 1.67 days. The Concerta will stay in your system for about 2 days. Hope it helps.
