Wait for what ?: Both Ritalin (methylphenidate) and alcohol do have an effect on your brain, but are not totally incompadible. The short acting ritalins (methylphenidate) are in and out of your system in 4-6 hours or less, while the timed release forms may linger for 8 or so. If you want to avoid overlapping the drugs this should give you an idea.As long as you limit the alcohol to mild social consumption, i see no reason to worry about it.
