one testicle has become much larger over past year. it aches sometimes and is sensitive. what is the cause of this? age?

Testicle enlargement: There might be several causes for this enlargement. First, you always worry about a tumor and you should have an U/S. The most common cause is usually a hydrocele ( fluid around the testicle) which is totally benign and may or may not need treatment depending on size and symptoms.
