Could be anything: There are hundreds of childhood illnesses that cause rash. The Measles rash, in general, is accompanied by high fever and is preceded by a few days of fever, cough, runny nose, and prominent conjunctivitis (red eyes). You should bring your child to his pediatrician (or text or email a picture at least) so they can assess the rash.
