Not allergy: If only one eye is involved and there is no itching, it is highly unlikely to be from an allergy and thus the lack of response to levocobastine. The fact that your right eye gets more red when using your computer suggests problem with dry eyes. Try artificial tear without preservative 3 to 4 x daily and see if this helps. If not see an eye doctor.
