Chest Pain +Diabetes: Although you are young, with a h/O Diabtes, and chest pain with radiation to the left arm, you need to go to Emergency room, and get EKG and blood for cardiac enzyme to Rule out Heart attack. Be safe than sorry. Once you rule out all organic problems, it is ok to lean on your Anxiety as a diagnosis. Be Well.
