Not heart: Take a tape measure and check the diameter of your involved leg where it hurts. Do the same on the other leg at the exact same level. They should B within 1 inch of each other. If the painful leg is swollen, C your doctor today for a possible blood clot. If not, it's likely just a muscle spasm (which occurs commonly). This is NOT a symptom of heart disease. Varicose veins are cosmetic issues only.
