Needs to be checked: It needs to be checked by your doctor,You have abdominal pain all over. Your doctor needs to take adetailed history and a thorough physical exam and if needed blood/urine test and imaging like ultrasound/Cat Scan etc to find out what is causing your diffuse pain all over the abdomen and treat appropriately
