Hi there i have pain in my upper abdomen and burning sensation as well. the right side of my face feels funny as well and i have a headache?

Abd pain, face: its concerning that you have facial symptoms with a headache. This alone can be an emergency, its hard to judge without more information. If I would try to connect all of these, based on the limited information I suggest that this can be a seizure
