Abd pain, face: its concerning that you have facial symptoms with a headache. This alone can be an emergency, its hard to judge without more information. If I would try to connect all of these, based on the limited information I suggest that this can be a seizure

Varied symptoms: I'm unsure that these symptoms are interrelated. Upper abdominal burning discomfort is often due to gastritis, an inflammation of the stomach lining. Treat byavoiding spicy&oily foods,caffeine, alcohol,nicotine,aspirin&ibuprofen type meds,& taking famotidine or omeprazole for a week or two. Headache,especially if throbbing on one side,&right facial burning can be a migraine episode or neuralgia
