Dyspepsia, acid : Might be sign of acid induced dyspepsia. maybe an ulcer but not specific enough symptom to diagnose an ulcer. Usually a trial of a PPI (acid suppression) medication after speaking to a doctor regarding your personal contraindications a PPI medication will result in both a diagnosis and a treatment...if symptoms respond. This is usually taken for 4 weeks. Avoid NSAIDs, test for h pylori
