See ENT specialist: It's actually not easy for a patient to localize from which ear tinnitus is originating from following a traumatic injury to the head....in your case I'm inclined to believe the deaf ear is a reasonable place though. That being said, there are white noise devices that can cancel the tinnitus which can be placed. See a specialist.
