Likely not heart: At your age, heart disease as a cause of chest and arm pain would be distinctly rare. It's much more likely to be a combination of issues. The possibilities are: myofascial syndrome, fibromyalgia, gastroesophageal reflux disease, non-ulcer dyspepsia, muscular strain, stress, etc - your doctor can help you sort through all these possibilities.
