I have a swollen lymph nodes below ear but it is not painful i had biten by the cat 2 weeks before i recognized. i was injected by anti rabies.

Cat-scratch disease: Bartonella henselae is the causative agent of this disease, but the lymph nodes are almost always tender and fever is not uncommon. This needs to be examined by a doctor to make certain that nothing else is causing the lymphadenopathy.
