No: Xenical or "orlistat" is a lipase inhibitor which means it inhibits your body from digesting some fats which are then excreted in feces. With that being said, it is not 100% effective and different types of fats will be absorbed.

Xenical: Xenical is a drug with the primary effect on lipase, the digestive enzyme. Xenical blocks lipase and basically prevents dietary fat from being absorbed. Approximately 30 % of the daily consumed fat will be eliminated.
