Change of routine: In most weight loss process, there comes a time when the weight plateaus. It may if you change the type of exercise you are doing and changing up your food groups and timing may jumpstart you again. Good health.

Keep doing: What you have been doing. During the weight loss program you will hit several plateaus. It will feel like you stopped dropping weight. Keep the faith and maybe shake up the workout routine. The pounds will start to drop off again.
