No Basis: There are no first generation antipsychotics that work for Bipolar Depression. Try Latuda (lurasidone) or Symbiax (zyprexa+prozac) or take Lithium. It might help you to get pharmacogenomic testing to see how you metabolize medications. It won't help for efficacy but will give some suggestions for tolerability. Otherwise just start at lower dosages.
