Some possibilities: Even though you can breathe "fully", that does not mean you could not have blockage higher up in the nose. Some possibilities are deviated septum high up near the middle turbinate, a nasal polyp arising from the lateral wall of the nose protruding into the upper nose. See an ENT doctor for a more specific diagnosis and treatment.
