I had inflammation in small intestine but celiac and chron's result are negative. as i live in india so is it possible that it could be tropical sprue?

Tropical sprue : Could be tropical sprue - but need to know how celiac and crohn's was ruled out. If you had a colonoscopy plus biopsy, they wshould have seen signs of trpical sprue.
