Talk to your OB doc: From the anesthesia point of view, most C-sections are done under epidural or spinal anesthesia, and a cold or cough wouldn't make much difference. The main things to worry about would be fever or productive cough. Your OB will be the best resource to see if it would be best to wait a few days.
