1 day til im 38 was pregnant. dilated 2cm 60%effeced -2. how much longer do i have. what can i do to speed things up. lots of pressure and lost plug ?

No way to know: Unfortunately there is no possible way to predict when a person will go into labor even when knowing the cervical exam. I would not recommend doing anything to speed things up at this point because you are not full term yet, only early term and there is a small risk of the baby not being ready yet.
