Relax and enjoy: There may still be a physical reason. You did not mention if they tested to see if your Fallopian tubes are open. Many reports of women told they can't have children and adopt a child then become pregnant. Stress of the situation and trying too hard can also be factor. Talk to your gynecologist about your options. If your tubes are closed for some reason there are other options
