Immunotherapy: Sublingual immunotherapy may be just what you are looking for. First dose of the pollen formulation is administered under the supervision of the allergist and subsequent doses are taken at home. Unfortunately not all pollens are available for this mode of treatment but have you considered allergy shots? (not to be confused with steroid shots for allergy)
